AnalyticsCLI Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid AnalyticsCLI subscriptions and purchases made through our checkout. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Billing provider
AnalyticsCLI checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, subscription renewals, and refund handling may be provided by Paddle group entities. Paddle may act as merchant of record for the transaction. Payment card data is processed directly by the payment provider and is not stored by AnalyticsCLI.
3. Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing period shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal made available in the AnalyticsCLI dashboard or by contacting us at contact@wotaso.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless mandatory law or a separate written agreement provides otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
4. Refund requests
If you believe a payment was made in error, a duplicate charge occurred, the service was not made available, or another exceptional issue justifies a refund, contact us at contact@wotaso.com with the account email, invoice or transaction reference, and a short description of the issue.
Where Paddle is the merchant of record, refund requests may also be handled through Paddle buyer support. We may coordinate with Paddle to review and process eligible refunds.
5. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer protection, withdrawal, chargeback, or statutory refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
