AnalyticsCLI Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid AnalyticsCLI subscriptions and purchases made through our checkout. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Billing provider

Where checkout is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record for the payment transaction and handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, renewals, and refund processing. Payment card data is processed directly by the payment provider and is not stored by AnalyticsCLI.

3. Refund window

For purchases processed by Paddle, we follow Paddle's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.

To request a refund, use the receipt or subscription management link sent by Paddle, visit Paddle buyer support, or contact us at [email protected] with the account email and invoice or transaction reference.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing period shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal made available in the AnalyticsCLI dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected].

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not replace a refund request. If you want a refund for a Paddle-processed transaction, submit the refund request within the 14 calendar day refund window above.

5. Refund processing

Paddle processes refund requests for Paddle-processed transactions. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase and access to the refunded subscription or purchase may end.

6. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer protection, withdrawal, chargeback, or statutory refund rights that apply by law.
